Know that the Rolla was all running fine and dandy, it began to get bit of a clutch slip on..
The clutch was never done in the engine transfer.
But when i got the donor car it was "semi" drivable, the clutch felt fine at the time.
It turns out that the clutch wasn't fine, far from it. So into the shed it went again.
Gearbox off and new clutch on, resurfaced flywheel and back together.
Back up and running..
Know when looking at the Rolla it looks allot like a typical jacked up Toyota. :/
So as with any car it needed to be lowered.!
I went and checked the local wreckers and guess what i found...
A set of super low king springs, with 'bonus' shocks!
Turns out that the front shocks were in better nix than the ones in the car. So into the shed it went.
Jacked it up removed the old shocks and installed the new (second hand) ones with the super lows attached.
and boom, a "super low" Rolla..
Around the same time i had heard about Carbon wrap.
So i got my hands on a roll of the stuff, and went to town on the hood.
With a few helpers we got the bonnet covered, with minor bubbles.
Also installed some Ultra Blue bulb's, to give it bit of a different look.
