We are now REV Happy!!!
Saturday came and the gearbox was dropped out, with a bit of pushing and shoving, but eventually it popped out.
Removed the old clutch pressure plate, and flywheel.
Gave the new flywheel a quick sand, and bolted it up.
Installed and tightened up the pressure plate.
Now it was time to stick the gearbox back in. This came with its difficulties, we struggled to get the mounts to line up properly, and get the box to sit up against the engine.
Once it was all lined up, we tightened it all up and put it all back together.
The lightened flywheel gives the 4age a lot more freedom.! It revs alot freeier, and gives it a more torquier feeling down low.
The heavy-duty clutch is also quite a good upgrade.! With a more positive feel and gruntier grab.
