Hello Cams..

So bought some different cams for the Rolla.
These are a custom regrind by Franklin Cams.

BUT...

They require the valves to be lengthened as the base circle has been modified to gain the desired duration and lift.
So this means taking the head off again, and getting the valves extended.
Got a quote from Quality Autos in Hastings, for $15 per valve..
So this could be an expensive exercise...

Stock Cam base circle = 28mm - 28.08mm
These cams = 24.90mm

3.1mm difference in Cam Base Circle..
So valves need to be lengthened by at least 1.55mm..
